The Coetmor Mill Trust has been established to provide affordable group accommodation to enable youth groups to take part in outdoor activities.
Coetmor Mill is an old water mill located in the heart of Snowdonia/Eyri on the outskirts of Bethesda in North Wales.
The centre provides group accommodation in North Wales for up to 34 people in three bunk rooms with male and female toilets, showers, a catering kitchen and dining room.
Ample parking onsite and a large drying room are provided.
Coetmor Mill is a great location for mixed activities in North Wales including:
- Hill walking
- Winter mountaineering
- Rock climbing
- Mountain biking
- Canoeing
- Zip Wire in Bethesda Slate quarry
- Numerous historical places to visit

Where to find the bunkhouse
The Coetmor Mill bunk house in Snowdonia is in a perfect location for groups wishing to explore Eyri. At the northern end of the Ogwen Valley, groups have easy access to the Glyder and Carneddau range of mountains. Snowdon itself is within easy reach, and so is the popular town of Betsw-y-Coed.
Just a short drive away are the beaches and famous sea cliff climbs of Anglesey.
