- Payment of deposit must be made by Bank Transfer to our account within 14 days of booking
- Payment of balance must be made one month prior to booking by Bank Transfer to our account
- All bookings must be made via our online booking system
- Door codes will not be released prior to full payment being made
- If booked numbers of people change, please email us and we will happily adjust the booking and issue a revised invoice.
- Bookings for weekends are charged on a minimum of 15 people staying at Coetmor Mill
- Bookings during the week are charged based on a minimum of 4 people staying
